Isn't it amazing when the knockout roses keep blooming past freezing temps? Ours gave us a pretty little Thanksgiving bouquet. I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend!

I know these are kind of pitiful at the moment, but are there any other celosia lovers out there? They are usually just a filler flower, and that is okay. I love them by themselves, too :)

If I hold still, the orange beast may not attack! Jk, Miles the barn cat just follows people around for scritches. This cat showed up one day and we are pretty sure that he is around 136 years old. He is starting to show his age a little now. I guess scrapping around with foxes will do that to a kitty, although we are fairly certain he is their ruler now (per ring camera footage). Anyway, happy Thursday!

Way-back-when Wednesday photo 🥰 The goats left here in 2023, and that little boy is not so little anymore. Take all the photos, people, because moments are fleeting!

This one always makes me smile. J-nels WT Tiramisu starting labor, with my youngest son comforting her. He really loved Tira and she loved him as well.

Planning ahead for new adventures is exciting, scary, fun, and a bit expensive at first! We had a mini family vacation this past weekend to help reset our minds and get us focused on the future of our little farm compound here.

I have been planning some new things for Shine On Farm... just in my head and not very organized yet. So I can't say much more at the moment, but stay tuned, especially for 2026!🤞🦋🌻
