Shape, texture, color, weight, and uniformity are the categories we are judged on when entering eggs at the Maryland State Fair.
We are very happy to announce that we not only won first and second place in a very steep category, but when judged against the other varieties and colors, we also won Grand Champion Overall in the Egg Department!!!🥇

Last Sunday we had our annual employee dinner where the girls continue to request the same meal every year, brisket burgers and beef tongue tacos! Our crew has grown significantly over the last year and a half and very rarely are they all in the same place at once.
