Jamie Edwards and Clinta BF Z worked hard together this week, overcoming LONG delays waiting at the ring and the challenges of a big ring with lots of room to open up and gallop … nice 🥈 place this morning in the open 1.0m class 💪😎🏇👏

Hero jumped in the $15,000 1.40m HITs Open Prix that we joked was the long format with a 97 second time allowed! Big ring and a lot of gallop! We came to this show to work on fitness and tweak the equipment and were super happy with the feeling in the ring. While we would always love a clear round, Hero is the best partner who lets us get in any ring at any show and tries his best. We gave him a longer martingale, and less bit, and a small pair of spurs for this class - as the horse matures and opens the door for these adjustments you have to give it a try and see how it goes sometimes … we liked the adjustment and we love Hero for giving us the chance to get out there and do it!

Happy to share some rounds from our trip to HITs - Odin W (Baltic VDL x Corland) here in his second ever 1.30m, one green moment for a rail but then showed his scope and talent - we will always ride the young ones strong and positive for encouragement especially when moving up and Odin proves he wants to get it right and no touchy! Very exciting young horse for the future. 🧨🚀🦄😎
