At the Flying P Ranch, our all inclusive, full-care boarding program is built around maximizing equine wellness and providing superior individual care. We purposefully keep our capacity low so every horse gets the consistent routine and daily professional attention they need to thrive. Never worry about who is handling your horse again.

Our Full-Care Program Includes (but is not limited to):

• Generous 24x36 paddocks with 12x10 stalls featuring rocked and matted patios cleaned daily with indoor and outdoor automatic waterers scrubbed twice a week

• High-quality, routinely tested, grass and alfalfa hay fed in premium slow feeders twice a day, feeding of your custom grain and supplements, interactive treat balls filled with forage pellets, and all the salt options your horse could ever want

• Minimum of 2 hours of shared or individual turnout six days a week in large open spaces

• Hands-on daily care (fly masks, blanketing, graining, basic meds, etc.) administered by none other than the trainers at De Frates Horsemanship who own, build, and live on the property

• Full access to the facility which boasts a secure shared tack room, two large arenas, an ergonomically designed round pen, hot water wash rack, multiple tie rails, an obstacle course, as well as a communal kitchen and bathroom

Day one of working with Harold, the 10 year old untouchable pony at Buena Vista Ranch. Today we revisit what we have done with Harold in the past to earn his trust. Make sure you are following us to see the rest of his journey.

Meet Harold, a 10 year old rescue pony at Buena Vista Ranch. Harold was the seeing eye pony for Maude, a blind draft mare who has since passed on. Harold is mainly untouchable and over the next few weeks we will be working with him to see how handleable we can get him. Make sure to follow us and join the journey.

The world lost a legend today, and many of us lost an idol.
Like so many of you, I grew up with her in my car, in my kitchen, on my TV, and in my heart. To say she will missed just feels disingenuous. Dolly was an inspiration to generations and if those of us to whom Dolly was just an icon are hurting this much at the news of her passing, I can only imagine how those who knew her are feeling. My heart goes out to her family and friends.
Rest in comfort Dolly.
