It's September!!! That means I can proudly share our August student of the month, Hannah!!!

Hannah has been with us since she was a little tiny person just learning to pick out feet and had grown into such a helpful, positive horsewoman. We have loved watching her growth.
Hannah is always ready to help with a smile on her face. She's willing to help with turn out, grooming, bathing, tacking up the little ones and just fixing any problems she's in which able to assist.

Being a teenager in this sport can be a tough balance of school, clubs (she's an FFA officer), band and the barn but she is managing it and we are so happy to have her!

Our IEA team is hosting it's first show on October 17! We are looking for show sponsors to help us defer the costs. If you or someone you know would like to help out this great group of kids contact coach Jessica Arrowsmith for details. We will proudly display signage and banners at the show as well as add your logo to our prizelist!

Congratulations to our IEA team! After a few years off the Eclipse Equestrians are back at it!
We spent the weekend getting our first two shows of the season in and it was well worth it!
Thank you to our Saturday host Bravo Equestrian, and their lovely horses and great organization and Three Diamonds Stables and their wonderful horses and staff, we are grateful to have spent the weekend with you all.

Our riders, who are all new to IEA, did a great job getting their feet wet and earning our team high point Middle School team BOTH shows!

Well done ladies! We're so proud!

I'm updating this post to say we were actually the 2nd place team on Sunday. Due to a clerical error, we celebrated a bit early! We're still incredibly proud to be reserve high point Middle School team, with only one point separating us from first😏

Another great day at Buxmont Riding Club! The covered arena is such a fantastic addition-especially as the rain rolled in.
All the girls did really great jobs and the horses and ponies were lovely and I couldn't be more proud.

Happy July 31st! You know what that means??? It means I get to announce our student of the month!!!
Congratulations to Kinsley!!
Kinsley has been a part of our barn family since she was 4 and has been nothing short of a delight!
In the barn she is always the first to offer help to get work done, assist another rider or horse or pony. Got a dirty bucket? Kinsley will clean it. Have a dirty horse? Kinsley will bathe it! Not only is she self motivated but she also motivates her peers and helps keep them on track with their barn chores 😁
Kinsley has taken on owning a green horse as her project this year and has done such a great job teaching her what is expected of her.
We know she will continue to grow into an amazing young horse woman!

We didn't get any pictures at the show or after the show when they were dressed up and show ready, but we are shouting congratulations to Eleana and Eleanor Marti Hephner's Determined (Roy) on their show last week. This was Roy's first trip back into the show ring in like 7 years and the pair did beautifully!
