Approved through Class Wallet as of yesterday with the justification letter. It’s the 6x12 version, not quite enough room for 12 chickens but it’s a start.
Also, I was digging around my emails this morning and noticed that there were some ESA families I missed responding to, sorry 😞 reach out if you still need a coop. We are making progress with the new changes!
Note: Students should be enrolled for the full year in the poultry program of choice, audits can still happen so keep a folder with invoices, approval paperwork, letters from 4-h etc that may help justify the coop, justification letter I will provide, and even pictures of school work with the student and chickens inside the coop. The more you collect, the better to prove its use for the curriculum if an audit occurs.
