This little cutie is Buddy! Welcome to CAC! 😍🐾

Buddy visited us for his first puppy visit! He's only 5 pounds but was super brave for his vaccines! Buddy gets to grow up next door to his littermate brother Benji, and we are paw-sitive they will be quite the adorable duo! He ended his visit with a quick snuggle from our caretaker Jessica!! 🥰💕

Ruby is a 14 week old weimaraner/lab mix who visited us for her vaccines! She was the sweetest girl and we cannot wait to see her back in a few weeks for her boosters! 🥰💕

With warm weather approaching, here are some symptoms to watch for in your pets for fleas and ticks! 🐾

Ticks carry illnesses that can be transmitted to your pets, such as Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis.
Giving your pet flea/tick preventatives regularly can help prevent related illnesses. Additionally, annual screening for tick-borne illnesses is recommended.
Prescription preventatives are available at the clinic or through our online store!

Meet our newest puppy patient, Ruby!! She is just adorable! ❤🐾

Ruby visited us for her puppy wellness, and was very brave for her first set of vaccines! This sweet girl even stopped for a quick snuggle with our CSR Aileen! 😊😍

We're already counting down the days until her next visit, when we'll undoubtedly be bribed with more snuggles! 🥰

A little about Whitley from her people:
"We adopted Whitley when we moved to Ames from the Nevada Animal Shelter. She brings a lot of love and happiness to our home! Whitley is gentle and kind. She's a sweet girl that always lays down next to our kids until they fall asleep, and will greet you at the door with a wagging tail. She is a sock thief that you could never get mad at. We are lucky to have such a great girl, and we appreciate the excellent care she gets at Companion Animal Clinic!"

Evy is boarding with us this week, and today is her 2nd birthday! 💕

We love when Evy stays with us, and today we celebrated her birthday with a picnic! Evy loves zooming around the yard, rolling in the grass and of course, peanut butter!! 🥳
