It's our favorite time of the week!! It's Meet The Team Monday! 🥰🐾

Today's meet the team is our wonderful animal caretaker, Jessica! Jessica loves spending time with the pets boarding with us, and they adore her too!!

Jessica is from Garwin, Iowa and is currently studying at Iowa State University, majoring in Biology. She hopes to attend veterinary school after graduating. Working at Companion Animal Clinic, she enjoys meeting new people and caring for their pets. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, reading, drawing, and playing with her two dogs Bear and Pugsley!

We are still accepting blankets!!

Blanket Donations Needed! 🐾

Our team goes through lots of blankets caring for our patients — keeping pets warm, cozy, and comfortable during their stay. If you have any unwanted blankets you’d like to donate, we would be so grateful to put them to good use for our furry patients! 💛

Used blankets are perfectly fine! We just ask that all items be free of large holes, rips, and do not contain buttons or other attached pieces! 💙

Donations can be dropped off at the clinic during operating hours, and we will update this post when we have received our capacity! Thank you for helping us wrap our patients in love! 😊🐾

It's a great start to the week! It's Meet The Team Monday!! 😎🐾

Today we are introducing you to our CSR, Taylor. Taylor is a new face at CAC, and we are thrilled for everyone to get to know her!

Taylor is from mid-west Michigan but moved to Iowa for college! She is currently studying at DMACC hoping to enter their Vet Tech program next spring. Her favorite part about working at Companion Animal Clinic is getting the opportunity to be a part of something greater than herself, and helping each and every client that comes through the door. Taylor’s life outside of the clinic consists of spending time with friends and her dog Tucker Dean! She also loves spending time outside– whether that be hunting, fishing, horseback riding or even just long walks, she loves doing it!

Meet The Team Monday!! 😎🐾

Today we are getting to know our Vet Tech, Ashley! Ashley is a great asset to our team and we are excited to tell you all about her!

Ashley is from Ames, Iowa and is a graduate of the DMACC Veterinary Technician Program, and a Registered Veterinary Technician. For Ashley, the most rewarding part of working at CAC is seeing our patients return to us happier and healthier after receiving care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her rabbits and cats, crochet, puzzles, reading, going for walks, and anything crafty!

This week is our amazing office manager, Autumn!

Autumn is from North Central Iowa and is a graduate from Iowa State University with a major in Animal Science and minor in Biology. Her favorite part of working at Companion Animal Clinic is getting to meet new clients and their patients, and building meaningful relationships with them over time. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her dog Jean, reading, and being outdoors– whether that's fishing, rock hunting, or hiking.
