This adorable girl was found near Frye & Higley in the Cooley Station neighborhood, and while she's currently safe with a wonderful Good Samaritan, we're hoping to help reunite her with the family that's missing her. 💕🐶

She's enjoying a safe place to stay for now, but we have a feeling she'd much rather be back at home, soaking up belly rubs, sneaking treats, and relaxing with her favorite humans. ❤️

Who says coworkers need to walk on two legs? 😹

Today we're celebrating Take Your Cat to Work Day, and let's be honest... cats make some pretty great coworkers! They're excellent supervisors, professional keyboard warmers, expert paper shufflers, and always willing to help with quality control (especially if treats are involved). 🐾📋

At AAWC, we're incredibly thankful to work in a place where our love for animals is part of what we do every day. Whether they're greeting us in the morning, helping us power through a busy day, or reminding us to take a moment to smile, our pets make work a little brighter and our hearts a little fuller. 💙

Today we're celebrating the feline "employees" who keep us company, boost morale, and occasionally remind us who's really in charge around here. 😸👑

***Update: Owners Have Been Found***

🐾🏡 FOUND DOG – HELP US GET THIS SWEET BOY HOME! 🏡🐾

This handsome pup was found near Val Vista & Mercy Drive, close to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, and while he's currently safe with a wonderful Good Samaritan, we know there's a good chance someone is missing him very much. 💙🐶

He's been enjoying some temporary VIP treatment, but we're pretty sure he'd rather be back on his favorite couch, stealing snacks, and getting cuddles from his family. 🦴❤️

Mufasa and Gizmo know how to make a splash in the pool while staying safe this summer! 💦☀️ But these water-loving pups also know one of the most important safety tips isn't about swimming at all—it's about being microchipped!

June is National Microchipping Month, and it's the perfect reminder that a tiny chip can make a HUGE difference. ❤️

Did you know?
🐾 Nearly 1 in 3 pets will become lost at some point in their lifetime.
🐾 Microchipped dogs are more than twice as likely to be reunited with their families.
🐾 Microchipped cats are more than 20 times more likely to find their way home!

While collars and tags are important, they can slip off during an unexpected adventure. A microchip provides permanent identification that can help shelters and veterinary hospitals contact you if your pet is found.

Today, we pause to remember the pets who left paw prints on our hearts and changed our lives forever. ❤️

They may have been with us for only a chapter of our lives, but to them, we were their whole story. From the wagging tails that greeted us at the door to the gentle purrs that comforted us after a long day, our pets gave us unconditional love, unwavering loyalty, and countless memories that will last a lifetime.

While their beds may be empty and their favorite toys may sit untouched, the love they shared never truly leaves us. It lives on in the stories we tell, the photos we cherish, and the paw prints they left on our hearts.
