-Sand arena and round pen with lights
-4 Grass pastures
-Wash rack
-Stall fans
-Mist system
-Fly spray system
-Shavings
-Tack room
-Refrigerator
-Bathroom
-Fed hay 2x daily.
-We feed owner provided supplements.
-Turn out on grass pastures. (Winter grass is seeded so horses have grass all year)
-Stalls mucked daily.
-Manure hauled off property 4x/wk.
-Private electric gate.
-Owners live on-site.
-Trailer parking available.
