Southern Star Horse Coaching Offering individual riding lessons for children & adults. Specializing in western riding for beginne I have bred, raised, broke and owned horses my whole life.

Born and raised in Texas, my experience and knowledge is mainly with Quarter Horses and western riding. I grew up around horses and started out at a local family club running in play days. I showed horses in FFA, 4-H and an intercollegiate horse show team. I received my Associates Degree in Equine Science from North Central Texas College with emphasis in horse training and breeding. My experience

includes working for Horse Insurance Specialists, Select Breeders Southwest/Siaset Farms, foaling out mares and I worked for a successful female horse broker in the American Quarter Horse Association show circuit. I have ridden in parades, on the beach, on trail rides, swam with horses and barrel raced. I love to share my lifelong passion with others who are just starting out with horses. I offer a safe, solid foundation for beginners learning horsemanship. Horse care, confirmation and the basics of tack are some of the topics covered.
