Rats are amazing pets with great personalities! While Dr. Hoffman only treats cats and dogs, we absolutely love them!

Nathan says:
🎆 It's firework season!🎆
Please request fireworks medications ASAP!

We will be closed July 3rd-5th, so we're going to be running short on time before the holiday weekend to prepare medications! 💊 We can fill medications for most pets with a current annual exam within 48 hours. 🧑‍⚕️

Who needs a baby void 🐈‍⬛? We are always happy to reassure you that another kitty (or two) is a great idea! And if you don't want that level of commitment, this is the perfect place to play with kittens!

Reunited with her good buddy Logan- it's time for Harriet's annual senior cat exam and labs.

We collected a little bit of blood from her back leg to check her liver, kidneys, heart, and blood cell levels. This way Dr. Hoffman can intervene early if we see anything that worries him. 🔬💉🩺🧑🏻‍⚕️🐈‍⬛

*Spoiler Alert: her thyroid was a little high, so she's going to start thyroid medication that can be applied topically to the inside of her ears each day. If left untreated, hyperthyroidism can cause them to lose weight, have high blood pressure, lose eyesight, and have kidney and heart failure, so we're glad we caught it very early!*
