Client Services Representative
📍 Gibson Veterinary Clinic
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, organized Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team!
Our CSRs are the first face our clients see and the first voice they hear—so we’re looking for someone who enjoys people, loves animals, and can keep things moving when the day gets busy. 🐶🐱🐴
What you’ll do:
☎️ Answer phones & schedule appointments
👋 Greet clients and patients
💻 Assist with check-in, checkout & client communication
📋 Keep information organized and accurate
🤝 Work closely with our doctors and veterinary team
❤️ Help provide an excellent experience for our clients and their pets
We’d love someone who is:
✨ Friendly and professional
✨ Dependable and punctual
✨ Organized with great attention to detail
✨ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
✨ A strong communicator and team player
✨ Comfortable with computers and learning new technology
Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude and strong customer-service skills.
