1. 16.2 hand 9 year old warmblood cross (per previous owner & Coggins) - walk, trot,, canter, lead changes, great over fences. Good brain. More go than woah. Has some play. Needs a strong junior rider or amateur rider. HIGH four figures

2. 15.3/16 hand OTTB 8 year old bay gelding. Wants an easy life. Clean legs. No vices. Great brain. Very patient. Can take a joke. Beginners can ride him, juniors, show ring, trails, amateurs. LOW five figures (1x,###)

3. 16.2 hand 14 year old chestnut gelding with lots of chrome. Loyal and honest to every jump, 1m +. Bridle or hackamore. Eventing / jumpers. Needs a soft rider with gentle hands. LOW five figures (1x,###)

4. 16 hand 5 year old chestnut mare. Calm demeanor, not marish at all. Green under saddle but not bad. No buck, rear, bolt, etc. walk, trot, canter and started over fences. She is a personal favorite! Has a bright future! Great project for someone seriously looking for a forever horse! HIGH four figures

People always ask me; do you ever get nervous starting / restarting OTTB’s with the amount that you have done?

My answer: of course I do…

Honesty - here is a video of me starting a horse that I have been scared to death of for the past 2 weeks and rode him extremely defensively but very soft. I watched him attack a horse (he is now on stall rest for 2 months and lots of stitches), he attacked my husband in the field, he went after my son along the fence line and eventually one day got his mouth on my son; he has gone after every person in the barn this far.

One day, I told my farrier, I swear there is SOMETHING in this horse but he just won’t let anyone touch him. I said I know he’s scared of people, I know he is dangerous but please help me start him on the ground; he wants to be loved but he is just as scared of us, as we are of him. Cody stood right beside me as Cody started the big boy, watching the anger in horse and the lunging at people but Cody stood there protecting me until we could get him. Every day since then he has done everything with me, barn chores, feeding other horses, trailer rides, etc. Even though he is now attached to ME, he is finally allowed to love someone.

A week later - I started him under saddle. He had his tricks, he pulled them out, he tried to show how “scary” he was …. Until he wasn’t any longer… he LOVED jumping, he LOVED being spoiled and loved on. He has become MY horse. A lot of people disagree with the decision of keeping him but doing my research, this boy has had different homes for a long time. So he officially has a forever home HERE! ❤️

if you know the Yoda story, then you know this horse is not far off from him! Patience and love go a long way …. ❤️❤️
