MEET ME MONDAY!

This week we would like to introduce Angie Graff!

Hi there! My name is Angie and I am a foster mom/volunteer for Forever Love Rescue. 😊 I have been fostering for 10.5 years (been with FLR since 2018) and during that time frame I have taken in a total of 225 fosters. I have three awesome kids who love animals very much and who thoroughly enjoy assisting in helping fosters become “kid friendly”. My significant other and I own four small businesses in/around Gettysburg which are Casey Martin Photography, Copper Cabin Kennel (dog boarding and daycare kennel in Hunterstown), Fly By Night Trading Co. (located in the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg), as well as Copper Cabin Cattle Co. where we breed, raise, and sell Scottish Highland Cattle. When it comes to fostering, I am always up for a challenge. I prefer to take in the ones that have special or medical needs, behavioral problems, and any that are going to be a challenge and/or require me to think outside the box, try new ideas, and utilize a lot of patience and observation before they are ready to go up for adoption. My favorite breed will always be Siamese cats. They are very near and dear to my heart. ♥️ FLR has been a fantastic organization to be a part of and I couldn’t imagine life without them! Thanks for having me. 🐱🐾

Angie and Nellie attended Career Day at James Gettys Elementary School today! 🐶 🐾 📕 ✏️ Nellie did a fabulous job representing CCK with her outstanding behavior. The students and teachers fell in love with her! Each of the students were asked to color in a paw print which would be used later to make a collage. Their art work is now on display in the kennel lobby (see last picture). Thanks for having us JGE! ♥️
