🚑 If you have an emergency please call our office for the on call technician.

For appointments and medication refills, please contact us during regular business hours.
We will reopen Thursday morning at 7:30am.

‼️ATTENTION ‼️
Midtown Animal Hospital will be closing at 2:30pm on Wednesday August 19 for technical upgrades.
Please make a note of this. We are making upgrades to better serve all of our clientele.

We will have our emergency line available in case of emergency.
If you need to schedule an appointment, please call us back before or after Wednesday August 19.

Business is BOOMING!!
And we’re looking to expand our team.
💥 💥 💥
We are looking for a Full-time receptionist.

Pay will be determined depending on experience.
We are a VERY busy small animal veterinary clinic.
Applicants must be available
Monday-Friday 7:30A.M.——5:30P.M
and some Saturdays 7:30A.M.—12:00 (Noon)

Applicants must be comfortable around animals.
Able to work well with others.
Computer skills are preferred.
Applicants must be able to take direction from colleagues and peers.
You may be asked to assist in other areas of the clinic with other staff as well.

Job Description:
Greeting clients and their pets.
Answering a multi-line phone system.
Scheduling appointments appropriately within the guidelines.
Data entry.
Processing payments (cash, credit/debit card, care credit Etc)
Creating new client profiles and medical records.
Filing patient records alphabetically.
Cleaning and stocking Lobby area and exam rooms are required.
Some heavy lifting may be necessary.
Strong customer service skills will be essential.
The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Bending and lifting is necessary as well.

This is a VERY busy and fast paced office.
