We have some exciting 🎉 news to share….
Sonny was awarded Winner’s 🥇Dog and Best of Opposite s*x at the West Central Oklahoma Kennel Club dog show last Saturday. This win gave him the final point he needed to title as a 🏆CHAMPION🏆(pending AKC approval),

What a nice surprise that these cuties visited us today, and on none other than National DOG day! These sweet pups were bred by Rebecca Barkelew, my assistant trainer, and are in search of their furever homes.

They will be 12 weeks old on Saturday, and are started, litter, and crate trained. They have lovely temperaments, are pro-social to people and dogs, confident, curious, and would make great companions, therapy, service, or sport prospects. They are out of her Abby x Dusty who have their breed specific health clearances and are AKC registered.

If you or someone you know may be interested in giving one of these dogs a great life, please contact Becky (Rebecca Barkelew) to set up a time to meet with her and the puppies @ 512-992-4936.

This post is long overdue, but it’s been a rough 6 weeks!

So proud of this team and I just had to give them the recognition they so well deserve:

On July 2, at the DFW Metro Golden Retriever Club Specialty show, ☀️SONNY☀️ took WINNERS DOG 🥇 and BEST of WINNERS 🏆 for a 4 point MAJOR 🎉!!!! Thank you to esteemed judge, Britt E Jung for the honor in a competitive entry, and a special THANK YOU to his wonderful handler, Jayce Marie Galvez, for the beautiful presentation and to her team for the hours of prep and grooming to get him ready for the ring.

Let’s go get that last point to CHAMPION!

ARC’s Sunshine On A Cloudy Day (Sonny), has some good news to share:

He was awarded Winners Dog in Tulsa last weekend at the Golden Retriever Club of the Ozarks specialty show 🎉.

A very special thank you to breeder judge, Michele Gawenka, for recognizing and selecting my boy in a very competitive class of dogs, and to his wonderful handler, Jayce Galvez, for presenting him so beautifully in the ring.

Lastly, a thank you to all of you on team Sonny—Rebecca Barkelew, Ariella Harris, Cherie Fisher. Thank you for the bathing, grooming, the love you show him in my absence, and for the photos/videos of him, in and outside of the ring. I appreciate all of you so very much 😊.
