It’s so easy to sit in self-doubt, to pick ourselves apart and forget who we truly are. But here’s the truth:
You are powerful.
You are capable.
And you are enough—exactly as you are.

Some people seem to be born with confidence, while others grow into it slowly, quietly, with every brave step they take. I wasn’t a confident child, even though I had love and support. Confidence didn’t come naturally—but I’ve learned it can be built.

Confidence isn’t about being loud. It’s about trusting yourself. It’s choosing to stop the self-loathing and start believing that you can do hard things.

The mind is powerful. Your thoughts shape your world.
So today, remind yourself—and your daughter, your sister, your friend—that we’re all capable of becoming the strongest, brightest, most empowered version of ourselves.

A special shoutout to Megan! I submitted one of her senior portraits to the Austin Professional Photographers Association’s monthly image competition, and I was honored to receive second place!

Her session was full of warmth, beauty, and golden light—and this image truly stood out. Not only is Megan absolutely beautiful, she’s also one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve had the joy to photograph.

So grateful to work with amazing seniors like her who bring such heart to every frame. 💛📸
