We’ve officially gone live with our new lobby layout and traffic flow—designed for better efficiency of our team, smoother visits for our clients, and less congestion for our patients.

☕ Coffee bar is now ready! Help yourself while you wait.
🚪 New traffic flow (when facing building):
⬅️ Enter on the LEFT side
➡️ Exit on the RIGHT side

🐾 The RIGHT-side exit is primarily for patients checking out after their visit to help keep traffic moving smoothly.

💊 Medication/food pick-ups or quick same-day stop-ins are still welcome to use the LEFT-side door for both entry and exit for convenience.

This updated flow should make check-ins, check-outs, and moving through the clinic quicker and more comfortable for everyone—especially our furry friends. 🐶🐱

The walls are looking a little bare for now… bear with us 🐻🎨 Over the weekend we will add the finishing touches!
