Please make sure your dog is current on its rabies vaccination 🙏

A dog killed a rabid skunk in Gravel Switch near the Boyle Marion County line then showed symptoms and had to be put down.

Hello fellow pet parents, As many of you are aware there is a mysterious respiratory doggie virus going around that resembles kennel cough and can quickly escalate into pneumonia.
In order to keep all of my four legged clients safe the following is effective immediately:
- all dogs must be up to date on vaccinations (no exceptions). Vets are highly recommending your dog also be current on the bordetella vaccine (also know as kennel cough vaccine). Documentation showing your dog’s current vaccinations will be required before their appt. You can also email a copy of their records to [email protected]
- If your dog is showing any symptoms such as cough, wheezing, nasal or eye drainage you will need to reschedule their appointment. No fee will be charged.
- If your dog is seen here in the salon with any of the above symptoms, they will be sent home immediately and fees will apply.
- Pet parents are expected to pick up their dog on time to avoid multiple dogs being here at one time.

Please note that I strive at keeping each and every client happy & healthy and extra precautions are in place including all equipment being disinfected between each client including tub, table, kennel, shears, blades, etc.

Due to the FRIGID wind and temperatures today the salon will be closed. Stay in and stay warm folks! Keep those doggies inside, they can get frostbite also.
