Yesterday was Creekside's Christmas party at the cabin! We had an incredible time with Secret Santa and White Elephant gift exchanges. Thanks to everyone who came and made it special, and we missed those who couldn’t make it. We're so thankful for our amazing barn community.

🍁 A Beautiful Fall Day at the Barn 🍂

It’s one of those perfect autumn days — sunshine, crisp air, and the horses happily grazing in the fields. Hard to believe it’s been three years this week since we opened our facility!

That first year had its share of ups and downs, but now, with our amazing trainer of two years, our supportive boarders and riders, and our hardworking barn team, things are running almost on autopilot. All we really needed was the right people.

Days like today remind us just how far we’ve come. We’ve let go of the negativity from those early challenges and feel proud and thankful for the beautiful, peaceful place we’ve built — where the horses are happy, the riders are thriving, and everything just feels right.

As owners, we’re always reinvesting in the things that make a real difference: footing, pastures, fencing, and other improvements that help create a safe, happy environment for both horses and riders.

We’re also looking forward to the new upgrades and improvements we’ll be making in the coming months — and hopefully adding a cover over our dressage arena before the next three years are up. 😄

There aren’t many barns like ours in the area, and we’re truly proud of what we’ve built together. To our trainer, clients, riders, and staff — thank you for believing in our vision and helping make this place what it is today. Here’s to progress, perseverance, and a bright future ahead. 💪🐴❤️

What a weekend at Willow Draw! 🐴🌳
Huge congratulations to our riders for an incredible showing:

Special shoutout to Stephanie & Chloe for completing their first recognized event with a double-clear 4th-place finish — an amazing debut! 🎉

And as a bonus highlight, Savannah, Emma, and Kensington brought home the Interscholastic Eventing League Team Challenge Championship for Creekside Eventing! 🥇💙

I know it is just hay but we geek out a bit when our supplier up north has steamed orchard alfalfa. This stuff is so amazing! The amount of alfalfa leaf retention is ridiculous and how green it is! You can really tell the difference between this hay and the local Tifton 85 bale in the picture. Only the best for our babies. Thank you Simone, Levi, Hector, Maria, and Steve for helping late into the night individually stacking the 820 bales.

Congratulations to team Creekside on a successful recognized dressage show at Haras Hacienda this weekend.

Matilda and Trooper did their first “big” dressage show with hard FEI judges.

Gianna and Trooper scored consistently in high 60 percents for all 4 test … they were so amazing with 3 first place finishes and a second.

Emma and Anna moved up to First Level 3 placing in the tops of all their classes. This was a big jump and the both handled it well.

Kensington and Matilda had 3 days to prepare as a team together and they finished strong ending with a second place finish in training level 3.

Bob and Tolga did their first musical freestyle and ended on a qualifying score. Bob was one of the few OTTB competing there and he held his own ground.

Thank you for all your wonderful help and support. We can’t wait till the next one soon.

With proper pasture management of rotating horses, limiting the number of horses per paddock, and w**d control our horses have been enjoying our lush Tifton 85 hay fields this spring. Actually had to mow them yesterday for safety as they were getting too long!
