We just got an update from Rachel, who actually has given 2 of our pups a forever home. Nyx is 4 years old, and she just welcomed Pippin. Here's her update.

"Pippin is doing fantastic. We have really fallen in love with him. He's an awesome little guy. He is sassy and scrappy, but he's also smart and a fast learner."

This came in from one of our forever families. Hearing from you means so much to us!

Our sweet Cobalt is two years old today. It doesn’t even seem possible. He is the sweetest boy. His personality is like no other. He brings us such joy. He is funny, independent, smart, loves other dogs and people, sweet, cuddly and childlike. When he is ready to settle at night he always grabs a stuffed animal to either put his head on or hold between his paws. He has a hard time with the word NO, because he is always right. He does obey commands very well. He lives the snow, rain and wind (are you sure he is a whippet? Ha) He has our whole hearts forever. You gave us one of the best things life has to offer.

Dearest Mardel,

Amaya turned 3 years old yesterday! I have been meaning to reach out forever to let you know how grateful I am to you for providing me with THE most loving, gentle, kind, and beautiful being I have EVER experienced. She is the love of my lifetime.

Her sister "Nala" is quite different from her, yet they run together once a week and are dear friends.

Another happy whippet owner, Christina, from Crofton, MD sent this:

We adopted Lexie in 2018 so she’s 6 now and all grown up! Lexie loves to run, snuggle with her Italian Greyhound brother Desi, play with her doodle friends, chase squirrels and snuggle on the couch. Lexie is the sweetest dog ever and her beautiful coat stops everyone we meet along our walks. She’s sensitive and loving, we absolutely adore her ❤️
