As many of you may have already heard or have been notified, Tails & Nails Pet Salon is no longer in operation. I am not in a position to continue styling / grooming myself anymore due to severe arthritis and inflammation in my hands. And despite my best efforts, I can not seem to find a groomer who can give you the quality of work, dependability & professionalism you and your pets deserve. I suggest you try Lisa Leady at Primp My Pooch in Genoa (815) 333-5197. She is a phenomenal stylist and conveniently close and was, in fact, my teacher and mentor. My other suggestions would be Heather Roozee at A-Groomery in Dekalb (815) 754-0200 or Brittney Iverson at Bentley's in Algonquin if you're up for the drive.
I want you all to know how honored I am to have been able to serve you and your pets for all these years. It was my passion and I can't even begin to express the gratitude I have for being able to do what I love for so many years. My heart went into every groom I did. I truely love each and every one of you and I will miss my Tails & Nails family more than you know. Thank you for all your loyalty and support. I wish you all the best and I send my love to you and your pets. Good luck and God bless!!!
