After almost 15 years, moving from assistant to baby vet to part of the heart and soul of our clinic, Dr Nissen is leaving. She has taken a job with Toledo Humane Society to be closer to home and her children. This is her last week with us at the Ark. While we know this is a great move for her family, we will miss her dearly. As I sorted through photos to use for this post, it brought me to tears once again thinking of the times we shared in and out of the clinic. Our staff is truly like a family, anytime we have turnover, it hurts, but this is truly gut wrenching. We wish her the very best! We love you Chels!
