Hello everyone! Please read ‼️
I wanted to take a moment to address a few things and be open with everyone while I continue recovering from my knee surgery.
Right now, I am working at half the number of dogs I normally groom per day, and I am only taking dogs under 40 pounds. I am doing my best to get back to a normal schedule, but my priority is making sure I heal properly so I can continue doing what I love for my clients and their pets.
Lately, I have been feeling overwhelmed by the impatience and pressure surrounding scheduling, responses, and getting appointments. I completely understand that everyone wants to get their pets in and have their messages answered, and I truly appreciate your patience. However, I am only one person, and I cannot respond to everyone immediately or accommodate every scheduling request right away.
I promise I will get back to everyone as soon as I am able to. If you haven’t received a response yet, it does not mean I am ignoring you or that I don’t value your business. I am still trying to heal, manage my limited schedule, and keep up with everything as best as I can.
I also want to respectfully address the clients who have threatened to find another groomer when I cannot make a schedule work exactly when or how you would like. I understand that you have to do what works best for you and your pets, and if you need to find another groomer, I respect that decision. ❤️ However, threatening to leave will not allow me to schedule you any sooner or work outside of the limitations of my current recovery. It only adds more pressure to an already challenging situation.
I care deeply about my clients and their pets, and I am doing everything I can to get back to where I was before surgery. I ask that you please give me the same patience, understanding, and grace that I am trying to give everyone else.
Thank you to those who have been so kind, understanding, and supportive throughout my recovery. It truly means more than you know. ❤️🐾
