We are making plans on whether to breed in the next year or not.
With respect to genetic diversity, we are considering a maiden bitch with a proven sire but will only breed after we have at least six families approved.
*The order of placement will be based on order of approval.*
All recommended AKC Havanese health tests will be completed and passed and the sire and dam will be matched to one of my available sires through a genetic database.
If you are interested, please reach out privately. I am a reputable breeder in western NY, a member of the Western New York Havanese Club, and will provide references.
The breeding will either be in May, for an early August “go home” time, or end of November breeding for a mid-February “go home” time.
Pic for attention and to bring light to the reason we need pre-approval before breeding…
This is Frida. She had a wonderful family who decided to wait on getting a puppy due to unexpected circumstances. We will love on her and snuggle her lil butt until we match her again (she’s a hugger 🤗). It breaks my heart that she no longer has someone out there waiting to bring her home! ♥️
So, a list of pre-approved families is super important in making sure that these perfect little balls of love have a family BEFORE their mamas even have them in their womb.
