Frito is a fun-loving, outgoing super mutt who is around 3 years old and ready to find his forever family! ❤️

This playful guy absolutely LOVES a good game of tug and would make a wonderful adventure buddy for an active family. Whether it’s playing, exploring, or simply spending time with his people, Frito is happiest when he’s on the go!

Frito would do best as the only pet in the home. He is also looking for a home with older kids who can understand and respect his boundaries. One important thing to know about Frito is that he can be overzealous with food and is protective of it, so his future family should be prepared to manage his meals thoughtfully and give him the space he needs while eating.

We have two small, double door wire kennels that are for sale for $5 each. We have too many and don’t need them all at this time. If interested, stop out to the shelter during open hours of 4:00-6:00pm. Money will go towards vet care.

Emirates is an adorable black male kitten, about 5 months old, looking for a loving forever home.

This sweet little guy is playful, affectionate, and full of kitten charm. He gets along wonderfully with the other kittens in his room and would love a family who will give him plenty of love, playtime, and cuddles.

Emirates is ready to find his special person and start the next chapter of his life. Could you be his forever family?

His adoption fee is $75 plus a refundable $50 deposit that will be returned upon proof of neuter. Adopter will receive a voucher for neuter at our preferred vet.

The Geneseo police picked up this dog. If it belongs to you please reach out to the police to reclaim.

***Update: This pup received veterinary care and lots of love and food from the staff. She is currently set up in a foster situation until other arrangements are made. Thank you to everyone that shared our post to help us locate an owner.***

A white and brown pitbull type dog was located on I-80 at mile marker 18. Please help us locate the owner.

Hi, I’m Channing. 🐾
I’ve been waiting at the shelter since 2022. Yep… that’s a really long time to be hoping someone will finally say, “You’re the one.” 💔

I’m about 4½ years old, and I’ll admit I’m a little shy at first. But once I feel safe, I have a lot of love to give. I get plenty of love from my shelter friends, and one of my favorite things is cuddling up with my best friend, KitKin. ❤️

The shelter has been my home for a long time, but I’m really hoping my next chapter can be in a home of my own. I’d love to have a person who is patient with me, gives me time to come out of my shell, and lets me show them just how sweet I can be.

And if you’re wondering… yes, I’d REALLY love for KitKin to come along with me. We’ve been there for each other, and having my best friend by my side would make a new home feel so much less scary. 🥹🐾

I’ve waited a long time to find my person. Could that person be you?

🌳🐾 COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP DAY AT THE DOG PARK! 🐾🌳

Let’s get together and give our public dog park a little TLC! Since the park is open to everyone in the community, we’d love to see a good team effort to help keep it safe, clean, and looking its best.

What we’ll be working on:

Trimming tree branches
Clearing brush along the fence line
Hauling brush to the burn pile
General clean-up around the park
🧤 Please bring: Work gloves and any tools you can safely use for trimming and clearing brush.
🚚 We could especially use a couple of trucks or open trailers from anyone willing to help haul the brush to the burn pile.

Every helping hand makes a difference! Come out, pitch in, and help keep our dog park a great place for everyone—and their four-legged friends—to enjoy. 🐕❤️
