Jon Walker Stables and Riding Academy Inc. Jon Walker Stables & Riding Academy specializes in English Riding Lessons and the training of Saddlebred Horses, Standardbreds/Roadsters & Hackney Ponies.

Jon Walker Stables has been enriching lives for almost thirty years. Jon and Carolyn Walker, a husband and wife team truly have a passion for riding, training horses, and sharing their knowledge with other horse lovers. Carolyn, is the instructor/coach for the more advanced/competitive riders, where as Assistant Instructor, Taylor, teaches beginner riders to intermediate levels of ages 3 and up! T

ogether, the instructor team offers riding lessons for all ages and all skill levels, even those who have little to NO experience! Let's not forget the adults, who have taken time off from riding for family and/or careers. We're well equipped with the skills and facility to put you back in the saddle again! We feel very blessed to own such well trained Horses for all levels of equestrians, so owning your own horse is not necessary. In addition, we are very well known for our fabulous Birthday parties & Summer Camps. We also offer Day Camps, and other Fun events throughout the year! What a great weekend it turned out to be in the small town of Dallas NC, our “Hometown” show! Thank you Kathy Carpenter for keeping it alive!
Even though the weather was rainy, JWS was the sunshine on a cloudy day!
I was SOOOO proud of all our riders and our amazing horses🥰
It was muddy and wet but they must’ve loved it, they were all so well behaved, lol!

Thanks to ALL the parents that contributed to celebrating my ( Jon) hunky husband’s Birthday with the Tres Leche cake ( his favorite) and the traditional Happy Birthday song! 😂🎂🎈🎁 We have the BESTEST customers ever🤗
