🌟 Growing Volunteers into Leaders 🌟
As Bit of Hope Ranch continues to grow, so does the need for strong hands, willing hearts, and leaders who are ready to step up. 💛🐴
We recently created a new Barn Lead volunteer position, and we’re so excited to recognize the incredible volunteers who were nominated to step into this role!
Our Barn Leads are volunteers who have consistently shown initiative, reliability, leadership, and a willingness to jump in wherever they’re needed. They’ve learned the flow of the barn, know how to get things done, and are able to help our instructors by guiding and delegating tasks to fellow volunteers during lessons.
But what we love most about this new role is what it represents: growth within our volunteer program. 🌱
Volunteering at Bit of Hope isn’t just about lending a hand—it’s an opportunity to learn new skills, take on more responsibility, build confidence, and grow into leadership roles along the way.
To our Barn Leads: THANK YOU! Your initiative, hard work, and willingness to step up are making a difference. As our programs continue to grow and more individuals and families come through our gates, having volunteers who are ready to lead and support others is more important than ever.
