🐾 URGENT CALENDAR UPDATE! 🐾
Hey everyone! As many of you have noticed, there is so much exciting growth in our neighborhood! With all the new developments popping up around the shop, we’ve been welcoming a ton of new neighbors and their furry friends to the family. 🏙️🐶
Because of this increase, our Friday and Saturday spots have become "hot property." These dates are filling up fast, and we’re currently predicting they’ll be fully booked weeks in advance throughout the year.
How you can help (and get your spot!):
Scheduling your appointments well in advance doesn't just guarantee your pup’s spa day—it also helps us grow! By seeing your bookings on the calendar early, we can accurately predict when it’s time to bring on a new team member. Our goal is to expand our staff so we can keep up with the demand and avoid those long wait times. ✂️🐩
Easy Scheduling & Reminders:
To make things as smooth as possible, we send out text notifications for all appointments! If your plans change, you don't even have to call—you can simply cancel or manage your booking via the text confirmation you receive several days in advance. This helps us open that spot back up for another neighbor on the waiting list! 📱✨
