🐾🐶 Policy Reminder: Appointment & Attendance Guidelines 🐾🐶
Dear Valued Clients, We want to share an important reminder regarding our attendance and timing policies. While these guidelines were officially introduced several months ago, we have been doing our absolute best to offer as much flexibility and grace as possible during the transition period.
Moving forward, to ensure fairness to our staff and to keep our daily schedule running smoothly for all of our furry guests, these policies are now fully active and strictly non-negotiable. Please note: To avoid being marked as a no-show, appointments must be canceled at least four hours prior to your scheduled time. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below:
Late Arrivals & Pickups
Late Drop-Off: A $20 fee per dog applies if you are more than 20 minutes late without calling. Late Pickup: A $15 fee per dog applies if pickup occurs more than 2 hours after you are notified of pick up time.
Automatic Cancellation:
Appointments will be canceled after 30 minutes if we do not hear from you. We send text notifications that allow you to cancel your own appointment to prevent potential future fees.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
1st Occurrence: Charged 30% of the scheduled service fee. 2nd Occurrence: Charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Subsequent Occurrences: Charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. (May require deposits for future groomings)
