Springwood Valley Farm is located in the foothills of the Oregon Coast Range, 10 miles south of Forest Grove. We have been here since 1990, building our farm he as we raised our daughters and learning to be stewards of our 38 acres. Becoming more self sufficient was our first priority as we grew most of our meat and a lot of our vegetables, kept bees and planted the orchard. This included adding w
ater sources, drainage, repairing and erecting buildings, putting up fencing, seasonal greenhouses and other improvements to make our seasonal operations efficient. We believe in amending soil with compost, mulching for weed control and working with few if any chemical applications. We sell poultry, pork and fruit trees seasonally to repeat customers who appreciate where their food comes from and we are grateful for their support .
