Daisy, a training client who did a two week board and train- starting the day of her adoption to insure she gets everything she needed done before going to her home!
(main issue was she didn’t know how to be calm when she sees other dogs and had some excitement reactivity) and we wanted her to be calm due to the other dog in her new home being an older boy who doesn’t want dogs to be in his face or jump on him as that makes him very uncomfortable, so the owners thought it best to have her trained on that while going to their house everyday for bonding time, and slow intros between daisy and her new brother.
It’s been about a week since she’s been home and we have been doing at home training to insure her mom knows what to do when it comes to daisy’s training.
