So the girls are laying eggs every day. Contact me about our CSA program or check our market stand on Saturday. We do not wash our eggs to leave Mother Nature protective coating in place. These eggs will stay fresh on your counter for several weeks but most of you will enjoy them sooner. If you’re making deviled eggs it works better if they are a couple weeks old. They will peel easier.
