🎄 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE LINDALE ROTARY CLUB 🎄

It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of this year’s Annual Lindale Rotary Christmas Parade.

Unfortunately, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has not approved our request to close Hwy 69 for the parade route, leaving us unable to proceed with this beloved holiday tradition.

We know how much this parade means to our community. For years, it has brought families, friends, businesses, and neighbors together to celebrate the joy and spirit of Christmas.

Our Rotary Club shares your disappointment. We are grateful to everyone who has participated, volunteered, sponsored, and supported this special event over the years.

❤️ While the parade may be canceled, the Christmas spirit in Lindale certainly isn’t!

Thank you for your understanding. Join us on Saturday…..

Lindale Rotary Club was blessed to help man a booth for Sparrows Matter in the Special Abilities Village at the Tyler Love Thy City event today! A gazillion degree August weather day didn’t stop folks from coming out. They predicted 18-20,000 people. 600 pair of shoes, electricity vouchers, 2000 cases of food and so much more.

Lindale Rotary Club really enjoyed hearing from Congressman Nathaniel Moran today as he shared about the work being done in Congress and in committees, as well as issues affecting our communities. Grateful for the opportunity to hear firsthand updates and be part of conversations that help keep us informed and engaged. Proud to live in a country where we can come together, ask questions, and stay involved. 🇺🇸
