We love the pups, & usually focus on all our fun! But we also have guests with special needs: diets, meds, a calm suite, patient staff, assistance with steps, and medical care that arises while families are out of town. This baby had bladder stones identified after frequent urination, which required surgery & our follow-up care. We will work closely with you & your Vet as needed!

National Dog Day was this week but it's every day with us! We're celebrating Mr finding his forever home in NY, after almost a year & lots of Team Work! He came into GIHS almost a year ago, had an adoption failure in KC, got flown back by Pilotsnpaws.org stayed with us until this summer, then into Foster Home by Savesomesouls.org and finally so loved by his new family! We can save these pups but it takes a Village & patience!
