Did you know you could hire a swim coach for your dog? 😆😆
This sweet lab girl discovered the pond in her yard this spring and after lots of easy throws and little swims, she was ready for a big swim! She loves her pond and it's hard to keep her out some days!

Making medication time easier helps alleviate stress around giving medications for pets and people, while working to preserve the bond and continue positive relationship relationship building.
This kitten was a little suspicious of me due to having to catch her and apply a warm compress to her eyes previously, but using food to motivate her during medication times helped repair and build our relationship.

When it's too cold for walking outside, give your dog a chance to use their nose inside! I hid a few treats in Oliver's toy basket, including a few in the treat dispensing toys. This allowed us the opportunity to work on his basic obedience behavior of a down stay on his bed, waiting for the release to go look, and gave him an opportunity to sniff through his toy bin to find the rewards.
