We’ve had so many new followers and clients join us lately, so I thought I would take a moment to re-introduce myself! ☺️
I’m Sarah, the owner of the shop. I absolutely love servicing your pets and being a part of this incredible community. It’s been so amazing seeing how much our shop has changed over the past 7 1/2 years. 🫶🏼
I enjoy working with any and all breeds and offering a full range of grooming services, but my absolute favorite specialty is deshedding treatments!

Know anyone who could benefit from this kind of spa treatment? 🐾 It’s the perfect time to get their undercoats blown out and taken care of before the cold weather hits. Double coated breeds can become compacted very easily! So, it’s important to keep them on a consistent grooming schedule to keep their skin and coat healthy! 🐶🦴

It’s grooms like this that remind me why I entered this profession. Not every groom is going to be effortless. After all, pairing moving animals with sharp tools is rarely a walk in the park!✂️🛁

When a nervous pup comes in for his very first grooming session, knowing I helped make it a smooth, positive, and memorable experience makes every second worth it. Even if it took all of my energy to lift this big guy in and out of the tub and carry him around like a giant baby between stations, seeing his owner’s happy faces made it all worthwhile. 🐾❤️

🐶A gentle reminder from our team🐶

At our salon, your pets are our top priority, and so is the safety and well being of our staff. Lately, we’ve been running into a few challenges that we need to address so we can continue providing the best care possible for our clients.

When we ask detailed questions at booking and drop off, it’s never to turn you away, it’s to keep everyone safe. We have recently experienced multiple situations where aggressive behaviors or medical histories (such as seizures, heart conditions, or coughing) were not disclosed, or were intentionally withheld.

For some dogs, grooming can be stressful, and the last thing we want is for a dog to bite out of fear or anxiety. Knowing a dog’s triggers or medical conditions beforehand allows us to adapt our approach, prevent accidents, and avoid the stressful, lengthy process of incident reporting and more hospital visits. Please be honest with us as our teams well being is our top priority.

Pet grooming is physically demanding and is a profession that is often underestimated. While we love what we do, our team has recently been on the receiving end of rude comments, belittling remarks, cursing, accusations, and overall disrespect.

This behavior is burning our team out. Moving forward, we have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, abusive, or aggressive behavior toward our staff. We deserve a safe, kind work environment just like anyone else.

Thank you to the vast majority of our clients who trust us, support us, and treat our team with kindness. We appreciate you more than you know, and we look forward to seeing you and your pups at your next visit! ❤️

Ps- Isn’t office dog Moxie so adorable? She still doesn’t get nearly as many compliments as Kota does though! 🎀

Abby has become such an essential part of our team and business, and best of all, a wonderful friend. It is a absolute privilege to work alongside a groomer who is so deeply dedicated to her craft and to the pets in our care.
Beyond her amazing talent, her understanding, support, and grace through life’s changes have meant the world. She inspires us to be better both professionally and personally every day, and we feel truly blessed to learn from her and grow together.

Casey was a real trooper today. 🛁 He definitely didn’t expect to listen to Hokey Pokey and Old Macdonald for almost two hours straight. (I didn’t either.) 🤣
Pup cups are also freshly restocked!🐶🍦
