Due to the rains we are having in Galena, it is causing lots of nefarious things to wash from yard to yard. At Pawsitive Pet Care we were alerted that there is a case of parvovirus in our neighborhood. Please make sure your dogs are up to date on vaccinations. Please provide Pawsitive with a copy of vaccine records if you are boarding. We love our little charges, and take every measure to make sure that they are safe. Please make sure that you are doing your part also. ☮️❤️🐶

My apologies for not being very active on my page recently. Many many changes in the Pawsitive world. After 15 years, a full life with us, we said goodbye to this beautiful girl. Lady was the reason the Vanderbols are the Vanderbols. Because of her, I agreed to see this young man named Adam...she was an era.
Also, we have made the decision to move to Tucson Arizona so Adam can continue to grow and thrive in his trade. What does that mean for the Pawsitive Business? Well, instead of contacting me, you will now be scheduling with Katie Baughman, who has been with me for a approx year, and my daughter in law, Selena. Selena will continue with the doggie condo for your boarding needs. Katie will fulfill all your in home pet and house sitting needs. She will also do overnights when available.

Sunny was a very good sport in helping me make this video. The thing that most people want to be able to do is just understand their animals. This is actually much easier than one would think. We don't know their language, and they don't know ours. However, you can create your own language by using different positive training techniques. Sunny is exceptional. Not every dog has her clear communication skills but with lots of love, work, persistence and patience, you and your pet will be speaking your own unique language soon!

Sweet Duckie had to have surgery yesterday. Part of her colon adhered to her spine causing a blockage. She is a beloved only child 🥰. Keep her and her family lifted up! She has perked up, but still needs to 💩.
