🐾 Case of the Week 🐾
This sweet pup came to see us after not feeling quite like themselves. After a thorough exam, we discovered they were dealing with an ear infection and intestinal worms.
Ear infections can cause itching, redness, odor, discharge, and frequent head shaking. Left untreated, they can become painful and even lead to more serious complications.
Intestinal worms, on the other hand, can cause digestive upset, weight loss, a dull coat, and can sometimes even be passed to other pets—and in some cases, people.
The good news? Both conditions are very treatable with prompt veterinary care! 💙
Regular wellness exams, routine f***l testing, year-round parasite prevention, and addressing ear issues early can help keep your furry family members happy and healthy.
If you’ve noticed your pet scratching their ears, shaking their head, or having changes in their appetite or stool, don’t wait—give us a call. We’re here to help!
