Coco: Nonstop Fun

If there were an award for enthusiasm, one-year-old Coco would be a top contender This energetic youngster filled the shelter with excitement all week long!

Coco loves chasing feather wands, pouncing on toys, exploring every corner of the room, and keeping volunteers on their toes.

His playful nature is balanced by a loving side that shines through during petting sessions. Volunteers describe him as sweet, entertaining, and full of personality.

Nox: Playtime Champion

Ten-year-old Nox brought plenty of energy to his play sessions this week!

His favorite bumblebee wand toy remained a big hit, inspiring leaps, jumps, and energetic chases around the room. When playtime ended, Nox happily rolled around for pets, rubbed against volunteers, and even handed out a few kisses.

Equal parts playful and affectionate, Nox never fails to brighten someone's day.

Elsa: A Bundle of Love and Energy

One-year-old Elsa continues to steal hearts wherever she goes.

This playful girl loves wand toys, especially her beloved bumblebee toy, and can often be found racing through tunnels or chasing after toys with enthusiasm. Just as impressive is her affectionate side—she eagerly seeks out pets, enjoys lap time, purrs loudly, and has even treated volunteers to long cuddle sessions complete with biscuit making.

Harper: Finding Her Courage

Three-year-old Harper had an incredible week filled with milestones!

Initially shy and hesitant to leave her igloo, she gradually began venturing out to enjoy petting, treats, brushing sessions, and even some playtime. Volunteers were thrilled to see her explore more of the room and eventually make her way to the front window to watch the world go by.

Harper’s growing confidence has been wonderful to witness, and her sweet, affectionate personality shines brighter every day.

Minnie: Queen of the Window Watch

Eight-year-old Minnie spent much of her week enjoying one of her favorite activities: squirrel surveillance!

Whether relaxing in a comfy chair, lounging in a cat tree, or sitting near the front porch, Minnie kept a close eye on the outdoor wildlife. She also enjoyed playing with ribbon and wand toys and happily accepted pets, head rubs, kisses, and lap time from volunteers.

This affectionate girl knows how to balance relaxation with fun.

Pepper: Playful, Curious, and Always Watching

Five-year-old Pepper had a busy week balancing playtime with plenty of beauty rest. She greeted volunteers warmly, accepted pets, and enjoyed several play sessions, especially with wand toys.

When she wasn't playing, Pepper could often be found keeping watch over the shelter or monitoring squirrels and birds outside the windows. Her calm, content nature with just enough spice to keep things interesting make Pepper a sweet companion.
