Our darling Ella was adopted today! Congratulations on your forever home, sweet girl! ✨️🙌❤️ She was the last of Elanore's Ee-ees, and the one I thought would be adopted first due to her personality. It will be much quieter without her calling for me everyday at 4pm when she knows my work day ends.

I couldn't have said it any better myself. Sometimes we have a 6 month to year old kitty that can go alone if they really, honestly, truly don't do well with other animals, but for the most part little kitties always need a buddy and will be better developed and better behaved for it!

Our Two‑Kitten Policy🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

We receive many inquiries from people hoping to adopt a very young kitten as a solo pet. Because we specialize in kitten development and well‑being, we do not approve applications for single young kittens. Kittens truly need another feline companion to grow, learn, and thrive. A sibling from the same litter is ideal, but at minimum there must be another young, playful cat in the home. Senior cats are not an appropriate match for a high‑energy baby kitten.

Our priority is always the long‑term happiness and emotional health of our cats, not the speed of adoption. This policy isn’t meant to discourage anyone who only wants one cat; we understand that two isn’t the right fit for every household. In those cases, we’re happy to guide adopters toward wonderful adult cats who prefer being the only feline and are just as deserving of loving forever homes.

Even many of our older juvenile kittens still need a feline friend. Most cats are naturally social and flourish when they have a playmate. Because our kittens are raised in foster homes surrounded by siblings, other foster cats, and resident cats, we see firsthand how deeply they rely on feline companionship. It would break our hearts to take a kitten from that environment and place them somewhere they would be lonely. Humans simply can’t provide the same type of companionship another cat can.

Kitten season is right around the corner, and we’ll soon have many little ones looking for homes. If you’re considering adopting, please keep this policy in mind so we can help you find the best possible match.

When you refill water 2-3 times a day, make sure you count the kitties who go for an adventure so the same number out makes it back in!
Ella, Han, and mama Elanore love to stretch their legs any time the Purr-sery door opens. Watch with sound to hear dear, sweet, little Ahsoka telling me where I should put the water.

What a wonderful week! My dear mommy Elanore is on hold, Elle went home on Sunday, and Eggroll goes home on Saturday!

Elanore is going to be someone's first cat. She's sweet, patient, and loving and is so ready to be the only cat in a home. She'll be the queen of the castle and a spoiled little baby. They are going to be a perfect fit in each other's lives.

Elle is the new little sister to a former colony-cat-turned-house-cat who is longing for a furry companion. He's now living the good life but needed someone to share it with, and silly, goofy Elle will be the perfect kitty to share it with.

Eggroll is becoming the new brother to his favorite kind of kitty: a tortieco sister! She lost her sibling recently and they're looking for a sweet, loving, calm boy to fill the void and fill their laps. He's going to be so excited to have a new sissy.

Someone come get Ella, she's outgrown The Purr-sery and wants FREEDOM!
I can hear her yelling almost non-stop (has been for about the last week) and I just checked the baby camera and she's LAYING at the door, yelling her little head off 🤣 Han just came to lay behind her for moral support.
