More tiny friends…ACAR is in need of kitten formula, heating pads, kitten wet food, and most importantly…FOSTERS! These babies have placement for the night, but with more coming in every day, more longterm fosters are urgently needed to support our lifesaving mission. If that’s not you? Totally fine! It's been raining kittens; please help us restock our pantry! Formula, ni***es, kitten wet food, litter boxes, scales, and pack'n'plays are especially in need at this time.

These sweet babies are still looking for foster! They are eating slurry nicely, but are just too teeny-tiny to benefit from staying in the shelter environment. They will make fabulous first foster kittens, as they do not need to be bottle fed and will likely be a 3-4 week foster commitment.

You know what our pups love? PLAYGROUP! It gives them a chance to hang out with their friends, show us their preferences, and just be dogs! Looking to make a difference in the lives of shelter pets? Consider short term fostering! Whether it’s teeny tiny kittens in need of bottle feeding or weight gain, puppies, adult dogs undergoing heartworm treatment, pets that need to gain weight or to get a little extra TLC following vet care; a two to six week foster period makes a huge difference in the recovery time for our medically needy pets. And for our Bright Futures or scholarship students; you can receive volunteer hours for fostering!
