This September, Newberry Animal Hospital is teaming up with GRACE Marketplace to help local pets and their families!

Throughout the month, we’ll be collecting pet food donations at all four NAH locations to help provide much-needed food for pets in our community. 💙

Have an extra bag or can of dog or cat food? Bring it with you on your next visit and drop it in our donation collection box!

Family Promise helps families experiencing homelessness find stability, housing, and hope. Some of their most-needed items include:

• Laundry detergent
• Dish soap
• Shampoo & conditioner
• Toothpaste & toothbrushes
• Deodorant
• Paper towels
• Toilet paper
• Cleaning supplies
• Diapers & baby wipes

If you’re able to help, bring a donation with you on your next visit to any NAH location. Every item, big or small, can help support local families in our community. 💙

This kitty came to us after getting into some fishing gear, with multiple hooks caught in his mouth and another lodged between his paws.

Thankfully, our team was able to remove the hooks and get him the care he needed. 🐾

A good reminder to always keep fishing gear safely out of reach of curious pets. Hooks, fishing line, and lures can cause serious injuries if pets get ahold of them.
