Limited number of VIP Flamingo Feedings available each day at 10:15 am. Feed vending machines at petting zoo to feed the goats require quarters. Experience a "giraffe's eye view" from our elevated walkway that surrounds our mixed species African savannah exhibit. Make the most of your summer visit, take these expert tips to heart. 🕘 Arrive early, at 9am, when the zoo opens and animals are most active (many will be snoozing later in the day to conserve energy). 💦 Bring a zoo-approved refillable water vessel to stay hydrated. ⛱️ Protect yourself from the sun with a hat, umbrella, or sunscreen. 👟Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes for walking and animal encounters. Don't forget quarters 🪙 for feeding the goats 🐐
