Maru takes our Cuddles & Care name very seriously. She expects cuddles regularly…and we are more than happy to give them! 🥰

Goldena’s back!

She’s had 2 boarding stays in the last month and it seems like she’s fine with that plan! 😎

Pet sitters who play together, stay together! 🎃🐾

I already mentioned our pet sitter networking meet up last week. This week, the C&C team squeezed in a second outing to celebrate Brittany & Yisel’s birthdays! 🥳

Not only do I trust these ladies to safely care for and love on all of our clients, but I also trust them to protect me from the scary monsters coming out of the corn maze. Too bad we didn’t bring all our C&C guard dogs with us!

Happy birthday ladies! You deserve to be celebrated every day for all you do.

It’s official! 🏆 We’re the 2026 Nextdoor Fave Awards winner! (Voted best pet care business in our area!)

THANK YOU to our neighbors for your support and votes. ❤️ We’re so honored to have won this award every year since opening in 2022! (Except 2025, when we merged with another company and temporarily operated under their name.)

Thank you for trusting us to care for your precious family members and for spreading the word about Cuddles & Care to your friends. It means more to us than you know!

It takes a village to raise these babies, and we’re so happy you’re part of ours!

We've recently had some questions about doggy daycare:

1) Yes! Adventure pack walks ARE included as part of our daycare routine every Tuesday (with Katie) & Thursday (with Debbie).

2) If the weather is bad, we still host daycare. We'll focus on playtime inside the house instead.

3) If your dog has bad arthritis, on hospice, or there's some other reason where a big adventure may not be a good fit, please know they are still welcome to come to daycare! Your dog can just skip the pack walk portion.

Feel free to reach out with any additional questions!

One of my favorite parts of being a professional pet sitter is the community we’ve built together! 🐾 Not just with our C&C team and amazing clients, but with other professional pet sitters here in Gainesville too!

Our group gets together 1–2 times a year to check-in, share business ideas, swap animal stories, and learn from each other. We all have different specialties, service areas, and offerings.

Together we offer:
✅ Boarding
✅ In-home care (drop-ins & overnights)
✅ Some specialize in cats or exotics, even offering cage cleaning services.
✅ Others care for horses and manage a local stable.
✅ Pack walks / Dog field trips
✅ Dog Daycare
✅ Dog training (at your house or hers)
✅ Board-and-train
✅ Pet transport
✅ Dog wedding assistant (with a dog trainer)
✅ Professional pet photography

Having a trusted network to refer clients to is incredibly valuable. When C&C isn’t the right fit, we want to feel confident knowing exactly who we’re sending you to!

Thank you Yisel, Brittany (Infinity and Beyond Pet Care), Stephanie (A Dog's Life Pet Sitting) & Robin (Robin's Lifestyle Dog Training and Boarding) for our visit!

And thank you to the other pet professionals we network with who weren’t there today. ❤️ Brittany Nicole, Debbie Guion, Brandi (Camp Run-A-Mutt Gainesville), K-904 Dog Training, Miranda Longdon, Wild at Heart Pet Sitting, Michelle Dunlap, Tracy Sauls, April Burch, Emily Scheibe Pet Care LLC

We’re all better when we support each other & grow together!

Kaoh is Colette & Coke’s dog brother. He says he’s thankful they can all board under the same roof so he can kiss them goodnight.

They have the cat room all to themselves but…Kaoh gets special sibling visit privileges.

🎉Let’s all give a big welcome to our newest client Colette! 🎉

Her cat brother (Coke) has been a longtime client with us. He clearly did a great job getting Colette excited about staying in our cat room! She seems very thankful that he’s sharing this cozy space with her.

Welcome to the Cuddles & Care family sweet girl! We’re so happy to have you! ❤️

🎃 DOGGY DAY OUT 🎃
Sunday 10/18, 11:30am-4pm
*First come, first serve*

Adventures don't always have to be in the woods. We take field trips too!

NEXT WEEKEND we are taking the dogs on a field trip to a local farm. We're getting into the Fall Festival spirit: Pumpkins, corn maze, kiddie dog pool, pup cups, photo ops, and doggy friends.

1 SPOT LEFT for current clients only. Message us ASAP if you want to claim this final spot.

There’s a new pet sitter in town. 😎

Our skeleton “Benson Bone” finds himself in different positions every week. Last week, he was jealous of how much fun our clients have. He felt inspired to start his own pet sitting business for anyone else that’s dying for a walk.
