Save the date: Bulls and Barrels event at Gainesville Saddle Club Arena Saturday May 30, 2026 at 7:00 pm. This event is for Children under 19 years of age. Try mutton bustin, calf riding, steer riding, bull riding and barrel racing. All contestants call in to register is Tuesday May 26, 6 to 9 pm. Call Bryan and Marla Moore at 417-677-6596. The cook shack will be open. Come cheer on the children. Hope to see you there.

The clubs first driving show. Its was fun day for everyone. Hope to do another this fall. We had Belgian, clydesdale, quarter horse and ponies. Robin even wore her Kentucky derby hat!

Lilly Hejdak of Gainesville High School in Gainesville Missouri was this year recipient of the Gainesville Saddle Club Scholarship in the amount of $500.00 dollars. President Edward Wills presented the award. Lilly will be attending Missouri University of Science and Technology studying Biomedical Engineering starting in August. Lily is the daughter of Tonya Burgett and Owen Stobbe.
