Good morning!

Our power is currently out in the whole complex and we do not have an accurate estimated time of restoration other than late afternoon. If you have an appointment today we will need to reschedule. Our staff is reaching out to everyone to get everything taken care of.

Our phone systems will be down during the outage so they will be reaching out via texts.

As we approach the holiday season, we want to inform you that our grooming schedule is completely booked for the remainder of the year. Our dedicated staff is already working extra days and hours to accommodate the increased demand during this busy time.

Please be aware that grooming appointments may take the full 3-4 hours during our peak season. We kindly ask for your patience and courtesy as we navigate these challenges with a slightly reduced staff. Rest assured, we are doing our best to serve as many clients as possible while providing the high-quality care you expect.

Additionally, please note our holiday closures:
- Thursday, November 27th through Sunday, November 30th
- Wednesday, December 24th through Sunday, January 4th
