💔 166 DAYS. ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX DAYS.
166 days of waiting. 166 days of hoping someone would finally see them. 166 days of watching other dogs leave for their forever homes while Jasper and Jasmine are still here.
And we are BEGGING. We are pleading. We are asking with everything in us for someone to please give these two precious souls the chance they deserve. 😭
❤️ Jasper & Jasmine ❤️ A bonded pair who have been waiting far too long.
These two beautiful Senior Paws came to our shelter in mid-May through no fault of their own. Their family was facing difficult health and life circumstances, and Jasper and Jasmine found themselves starting over in a place they never imagined they would be.
They have spent 166 DAYS in a shelter kennel, waiting for someone to choose them.
Jasper is the handsome blue-gray spotted gentleman with the most soulful eyes. At 6.5 years old, he is gentle, affectionate, and absolutely adores being loved on.
Jasmine is his sweet little brindle lady, 8.5 years young, with the happiest smile and a heart just as beautiful as her face.
And these two? They are each other’s comfort. Their familiar face. Their constant companion through all the uncertainty.
They are so gentle and well-mannered together. They walk beautifully on a leash, enjoy little strolls, love affection, and are happiest simply spending time together. Jasmine might wander off to investigate something interesting, but her sweet Jasper is never far behind. 🥺
They have done nothing wrong. They are not asking for much. They just need someone to open their home and their heart to BOTH of them.
We know adopting two dogs is a big commitment. We know older dogs are often overlooked. But please, PLEASE don’t let that be the reason Jasper and Jasmine spend another day waiting.
They deserve a soft bed.
They deserve a peaceful home.
They deserve to wake up somewhere they belong.
They deserve to be loved for the rest of their lives.
They have already lost their home once. Please help us keep them from losing any more precious time waiting for another one.
