Our top priority is the safety and well-being of your pets, as well as protecting the licensure of our doctors, which could be compromised by authorizing potentially harmful or ineffective medications. It's worth noting that drug manufacturers will guarantee their products when purchased from authorized distributors, such as veterinarians, VetSource, or local pharmacies. For instance, if a dog were to test positive for heartworms despite being current on heartworm preventative from a trusted distributor, the manufacturer would cover the cost of heartworm treatment!
