🚨 WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY NOW. 💔
Yesterday, two more cats needed us, and we said yes. Today, we’re asking for help because we simply cannot keep doing this alone.
Meet our two newest Purrfect Paws members
🖤 A little black girl from Fulton who has been repeatedly attacked by male cats and needed somewhere safe.
🤍 And this precious little boy from Auxvasse. Just SIX MONTHS OLD and not even TWO POUNDS. He came to us with a devastating injury, a broken arm with exposed bone, and needed immediate intervention.
Our vet told us to bring him in right away. She saw how critical his condition was and stepped up to keep him in her care. He has since undergone a very rocky amputation, and he’s now recovering. We are so grateful she was willing to act when he desperately needed someone to say yes. 💔
But now comes the reality we are struggling to face.
We are critically low on funds, and these medical bills will take every last dollar we have.
We still have an entire rescue full of cats depending on us for food, litter, medications, and clean, safe spaces. We desperately need cleaning supplies, paper towels, laundry supplies, and all the everyday essentials it takes to keep this rescue running.
We want to keep saying YES. We want to be there for the next injured kitten, the next emergency, and the next cat with nowhere else to turn. But we cannot keep doing it without help from the people who believe these lives matter, too.
