Have you seen me? Brown and white tabby who goes by the name of “Thomas” escaped from his owners carrier around 10:30 a.m. on August 4th.

Any information is helpful. A reward of $50 is being offered if Thomas is found.

For general surgery animal health information…..pre-anesthetic bloodwork is highly recommended for all patients undergoing anesthesia. The bloodwork is a general check on organ function (mainly kidneys and liver) because these are the organs that must metabolize anesthesia medications. It is mandatory for animals older than 5 years of age at our clinic that are undergoing general anesthesia. It is currently optional for animals under 5 years of age. All of this information is clearly stated on our surgery release form that every owner must read and sign before the patient will have surgery. We will not apologize for trying to protect your patient during anesthesia. And we are sorry if you do not read the form that you signed. We are sorry that you do not like the standards we have in place for our practice. We are not changing our plan for our surgery patients. We strive to give our patients the best care possible. Medical costs rise every single day. Please review your own medical bills. You will see that our prices are not equal to them but your level of quality is quite often the same (the blood machines, the X-ray machines, etc). If you do not like that we put our patients first, then please feel free to visit another clinic instead of making a private post on Facebook where we cannot comment to explain what was already explained to you. We do not do bullying anymore.

Hey Creekside Fam! 💚🐾

Creekside Veterinary Clinic is looking for a passionate, dedicated, client oriented, and hard working individual for our ⚡️FULL-TIME ⚡️ Receptionist position. This position includes checking patients in, charting, answering phone calls, handling transactions, etc. This position DOES require interaction with cats and dogs that come into our clinic and will be around 60-80 hours every two weeks. This position does include AT LEAST one weekend per month. Starting pay is based on experience.

If you are interested please come by and give us a visit, fill out an application, and drop your resume off! We will be taking applications and resumes until July 20th.

Everyone meet Avery!

Avery is a Vet Tech Assistant here at CVC who works with us during the summertime! Avery is a current Mississippi State University Student who is majoring in Animal and Dairy Science with a Concentration in Pre-Vet hoping to one day work as a Mixed Practice Doctor working with large and small animal medicine and surgery! Avery’s fun fact is she has NEVER eaten a hamburger! 🍔

We are super excited for Avery’s future and as Doc would say “Go Dawgs!”. Good luck Avery! We love you! ❤️🐾

Maekaylee “Mae” Brewer has been with CVC for 3 years! She serves as a veterinary technician assistant. Mae is currently in Nursing school at Itawamba Community College where she just finished up her first year. Mae is a phenomenal person and we are so proud to be a part of her journey. Mae’s fun fact is she danced for Cath Steele’s School of Dance for 16 years. Good luck Mae! We love you!
